At just 14 years old, Jim Williams began his career in the logging industry, developing skills in hauling, land clearing, heavy machinery operation, and site construction, along with certification in road work from the US National Forest Service. Hard work. Respect the job. Took those lessons and carried them into every industry since.
As an entrepreneur and inventor, he is also a proficient heavy equipment operator with a Class "A" CDL License, a welder, a fabricator, and a Mechanical Technician with expertise in diesel, automotive, and heavy equipment service, repair and maintenance, all backed by over 50 years of experience.
